John here! Hope you are all doing great. ;-)
We have sent shipping notices to almost every backer at this point. We need you top please follow the link you were sent and purchase the shipping. Having said that, we have every metal minaiture cast in individually packaged for shipping, so it should go fast once the last of you pay the shipping.
Dragon: If you have a Mithral Dragon on your order, I must apologize. We have cast and shipped roughly 30 of them, and the molds started showing bad signs of breaking down. All of the pieces have been re-molded with the exception of the top of the head. I broke that master when I molded it the first time. I tried re-printing, but I must have printed this at another size and lost that file. :-( I think I have the problem solved, and I am printing a new head as I type this, so we should be back on track this weekend.To those of youthat have your minis, I hope they are what you wanted from this project!

I had posted this in the comments, but decided to post it here as an update so those that are curious know where things sit.
1/3 of orders have been sent shipping links and we have been shipping those. Planning to send another third of shipping links on Monday. 2 large sculpts and the dragon still need to make it to production molds.
If you have a large order you will likely be in the last third sent a shipping link within next 2 weeks.

Over the Holidays we struggled re-mastering a few of the larger miniatures that were not to quality. In the process they destroyed a few molds, then a figure broke and had to be sculpted back together. (New skill unlocked, blue words perfected!) We have overcome those obstacles and are moving forward!!
Those obstacles being removed has freed time to put the finishing touches on the production molds that had been made, but were waiting to be fine tuned for production.
The bins of minis are filling again to allow backer fulfillment to resume. We have masters of the larger pieces, but I would expect another week or 2 before those make it to production. But, all but 4 of the smaller pieces are ready and I will be sending out links for shipping tonight and tomorrow.
