Not sure exactly what took the wind out of our sails other than the Holidays, as several backers who have dropped have already told me. I just want to make sure that you all know, that we have no intention of Locking up any of the Stretch Goals theat have been unlocked. Right now that sits us at 32 miniatures!! Still not a bad deal.
We will see a bunch of forward momentum hopefully in the last 4 days, but in the meantime, I am asking all of you once again to help push the project.

In the meanwhile here are a few Work in Progress shots of the "Green" sculpts. These are the original masters that I will mold and cast in pewter when they are finished!

The first 10 stretch goals have been solidly unlocked, and we thank you all very much!
We have heard that some are not such big fans of picking and choosing miniatures as the final survey process can be cumbersome. This pledge group is the first step towards us answering those types of concerns while also offering an incentive to those who want to move their pledge up to take advantage of what this project now has to offer.
The second step we are taking is the use of BACKERKIT to handle the survey and pre-order stage for this project. For those of you unfamiliar with BACKERKIT it offers a shopping cart interface to make picking and choosing ADD-ONS simple, so feel free to pledge now according to what ADD-ONS you would like, knowing we have taken steps to make the survey process as painless as possible.
At the end of most kickstarters there is a surge of people coming back to see how it went and jumping into the project late. The Thursir Giant was another sculpt that we had made that does not match up with the art for Tome of Beasts, but how could we ever leave such a great sculpt on the shelf?? When we started this project we had some sculpts that were done that were based on older artwork from Midgard. A lot of those pieces got updated art, and so for the sake of having new shiny art, we chose to shelve some of the pieces we had sculpted and use only the art from Tome of Beasts for consistency sake.
We have decided that because of your help, our campaign is going along so well, we are going to reward our backers with a FREE MINIATURE!!! All of you will be receiving a Goblin of the Wasted West as an early thank you for the hard work and support you have shown the project!

We unlocked the Witch Queen and are $50.00 shy of unlocking the Snow Queen. Someone do some add-ons quick!!! :-) Just kidding....but really not kidding!
The next 3 pieces will be Baba Yagas Horsemen. These are very important pieces to the Midgard campaign setting. We are debating a couple of things since we are starting to get into the part of the project where we do not have sculpts. The big question on these guys is do we design them as mounted on horses? If we do that, then the pieces have a bit more of a limited use, as each rider will not be able to stand on his own.
What we are considering is having them sculpted standing in "action" poses similar to the artwork. If we go this route, we will commission 3 different horses that can be purchased as separate add ons. Your input on this will determine how we proceed, so please take the time to comment on this update so that we can help tailor this project to what you all want!!
